1. Age Restriction

All cigar and spirit tastings are strictly for persons aged 18 or over. By submitting an enquiry or booking, you confirm you and all attendees meet this legal requirement.

2. Services

We provide:

• Hosted tasting events (stag parties, corporate events, private functions, hotel/distillery events).

• DIY tasting packs containing cigars, spirits, and tasting notes.

Services are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

3. Enquiries & Bookings

• Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee a booking.

• Bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation from us.

• Event details, costs, and terms will be confirmed in writing.

4. Payments & Cancellations

• Payment terms will be supplied with each booking.

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

5. Liability

• We are not liable for misuse of tobacco or alcohol products.

• We are not responsible for events disrupted by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

6. Health & Responsibility

• Smoking and alcohol consumption carry health risks. Participation is voluntary.

• Guests should drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a guest is intoxicated.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
